The World Theatre, Kearney Nebraska’s oldest theatre, is on the brink of extinction. A small group of caring citizens have taken it upon themselves to “Save the World” by restoring the theatre to a unique movie house. It’s goal is to tear down the center wall that splits the theatre into two small screens, refinish, reseat, and create a place where central Nebraskan’s can go to see films not controlled by blockbuster influences.
I volunteered my time to help develop The World Theatre’s website, while Ben Rowe, from SCORR Marketing, donated the logo and design.
Now it is your turn to SAVE THE WORLD!

I have had the priviledge to work with an emerging native landscaping company in Southern California known as A Vibrant Earth. Their venture is to educate people on the importants of restoring their native habitats and the bennifits and beauty that result. We have spent some time considering the content intended for the site, its projected rollout, marketing, as well as site design and development. While the scope of this project is still underway, the initial rollout of their website can be viewed at avibrantearth.com.

SCORRmarketing.com has been given a face-lift. After months (or years) of discussing a redesign, my friends at SCORR and myself finally put together a new design. The goal of this site was to move away from flash and try to make the site easy enough for others to modify it (not just myself). I worked as a consultant for the design/functionality and I wrote all the xhtml/css (and some minor javascript stuff).

I recently redesigned the California State University San Marcos’ Communication Department website. The idea was to make the site more aligned with the University’s design guidelines while also making it aesthetic and promote repeat visits. Provided I receive content, I plan to update the site frequently, so check it periodically for new content.

I have just finished a new site: http://www.yogachoice.com. It uses Wordpress as a back end, but I created the theme and added a few custom tools for the owners. Yoga Choice is a site dedicated to producing “power yoga” workouts for primarily busy mothers. There will shortly be three DVDs to purchase (and Yoga for Your Moods is already available).
I also designed the new DVD covers which are very similar to that of the site.
Take a look and let me know what you think. And if you find some bugs, let me know…I am still trying to work every out.
